招聘會當天進入招聘會會場→企業(yè)登錄→求職大廳→選擇求職者，并點擊該求職者下方的溝通→選擇崗位→進行視頻面試。視頻掛斷后，企業(yè)給出面試結(jié)果。企業(yè)可前往會員中心，查看收到的簡歷、面試結(jié)果。

2.小程序   

       微信搜索“云人才市場”小程序，注冊/登錄→完善企業(yè)信息→平臺進行審核，審核通過→查找所要參加的網(wǎng)絡會→進行訂展。

微信搜索“云人才市場”小程序，登錄→點擊所參加的網(wǎng)絡會→進入會場→進入求職大廳→選擇求職者，點擊立即溝通→選擇崗位→進行視頻面試/也可點擊聊一聊，與求職者溝通（視頻面試結(jié)束后，可前往PC端企業(yè)會員中心，對求職者簡歷做出標記，給出面試結(jié)果）。

三、畢業(yè)生參會方法

       手機微信搜索“云人才市場”小程序，注冊/登錄→完善個人信息→點擊所參加的網(wǎng)絡會→進入會場→查看/搜索意向企業(yè)或崗位，并點擊該企業(yè)下方的立即溝通→選擇崗位→進行視頻面試/也可點擊聊一聊，與企業(yè)人事溝通→視頻面試結(jié)束后，可前往個人中心查看面試結(jié)果，企業(yè)發(fā)送了面試結(jié)果，將在小程序上實時展示面試結(jié)果。
